Purchase with MaMeMi Pizzeria
A binding purchase agreement with MaMeMi Pizzeria is not concluded until you have received an order confirmation from MaMeMi Pizzeria. MaMeMi Pizzeria does not store the order confirmation after it has been sent to the customer.Prices
All prices include 25% VAT and are in Danish Krone unless otherwise stated. Prices are only valid within the borders of Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland. We reserve the right for: • currency fluctuations • force majeure • delivery failures • changes in taxes • out-of-stock items and printing errors.Sales in general

MaMeMi Pizzeria reserves the right for out-of-stock items and delayed delivery times from its wholesalers and suppliers.Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or annul an already placed order, it should primarily be done by sending an email marked “Cancellation” to info@pizzeriamamemi.dk. The order time and order number should be included. If you have received an order confirmation by email, it can be returned to the sender with the text “Cancellation!” in the subject line. As a general rule, payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation.Payment

MaMeMi Pizzeria processes a range of information about you in connection with your purchase of our products and services. The purpose of collecting this information is to process the delivery and payment in relation to the fulfillment of your purchase.
The aforementioned processing will involve sharing the relevant details related to invoicing with the parties involved in the specific payment transaction, including, but not limited to, financial institutions, card issuers, etc.
The personal data in question will be processed in connection with the fulfillment of each order and will subsequently be stored in our accounting and order system for 5 years for quality control and customer service purposes, including complaints, repairs, and reorders.
